Basic Cremation .............................…………..$1295.00
Includes basic service charge, removal from place of death under normal circumstances and business hours, refrigeration, basic cremation container (200 pound maximum weight), all necessary legal paper work and preparation of death certificate including notification of Social Security and Veterans Administration and assistance in filing for insurance or related claims. We will assist in the writing/placement of obituary notices in newspapers and placement on our web-site www.penttilaschapel.com. Basic urn included.
For those wishing no obituary or web placement or other services beyond the basic required by law and minimum urn.................................................$1000.00
Cremation with Placement at Sea.................$1550.00
Includes basic cremation services, placement of cremated remains in biodegradable “Journey” urn and placement in Pacific Ocean by licensed personnel either spring or fall (not witnessed). Subject to ocean and weather conditions. Family will be notified of placement date and location.
Cremation with visitation/viewing..…..........$1675.00
Includes basic cremation services; embalming and dressing of remains, placement on viewing dias and use of facilities for two days.
Cremation with Graveside Inurnment.........$1820.00
Includes basic cremation services and graveside inurnment at local cemetery (Peninsula/Naselle). Includes standard memorial packet. Cemetery charges not included
Cremation with Memorial Service……......…$1925.00
Includes basic cremation services and memorial service at Penttila's Chapel or the location of one's choice. Includes standard memorial packet, use of chapel or professional expertise at other location, staff to coordinate service (placement of flowers/photo/personal effects) and reception facilities if needed. For set up of coffee, punch and cookies add $75.00.

Traditional Service with rental casket…......$2850.00
Includes all basic cremation services with addition of embalming, dressing, and use of oak rental casket. This is designed for families wishing a formal service at chapel or church with casketed remains present.
For use of hearse to church and return add $200.00.
Prices do not include death certificates, urn, minister, musicians, church rental, photo memorial folders, paid obituary notices or other expenses.
Removal from place death requiring additional personnel or after 5 PM and before 8 AM or weekend removals subject to additional charges.
Cremation of individuals in excess of 250 pounds subject to additional charge.
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission regulations an itemization of all charges will be provided at the time of the arrangement conference.
