He married his loving wife Ragena Wanke on December 28, 1998.
Howard was a loving husband and father. He worked as an Assistant Manager at Oakies Sentrys Market, EMT, and a volunteer firefighter.
He is survived by his wife Ragena Wanke, father Howard Wanke, two daughters; Carmen "Red Moon" Starr and Camille M. Wanke, a son; Cameron Wanke, grandson; Crimson H. Keller and a granddaughter; Sequoia L.M. Keller, two sisters; Peggy L. Endicot and Rhonda M. Buroker, a brother; Michael G. Wanke and loving extended family.
