Long Beach resident Joyce E. Clifts, 73, died at her residence on December 29, 2014. Survivors include her husband Raymond. Joyce had lived on the Peninsula the past 16 years and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Funeral service and interment will be held in Ogden, Utah on January 10, 2015.
