Richard William Rouke

Ilwaco native son Richard W. Rouke, 75, died December 31, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona where he had resided the past few years. He was the son of Eugene and Hilda Rouke. Per his request, he will be buried this week at Ilwaco Cemetery. Local arrangments are by Penttila's Chapel by The Sea and his guestbook is available at www.penttilaschapel.com.
