Barbara Ann Taylor passed away on December 20, 2021 in Ocean Park. NEW LOCATION::: A Celebration of Life is planned for 2pm, Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at Penttila's Chapel by the Sea, 1515 Pacific Ave S, Long Beach, WA 98631. Dress is casual! Barbara was born September 28, 1946 in Plant City, Florida. She grew up in Nicholas, Florida, and later married Terry Taylor in 1975, taking her across the country to Oregon! Barbara loved her family, playing cards, and singing karaoke. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Cumbie, her mother, Louise Purvis, and first husband, Bobby Joyner, who passed in 1973. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Terry; two sisters, Debbie and Marlene of Virginia; brother, Andy of Jacksonville, Florida; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
