Obituary

Guy Dean Gray, a man who truly and unapologetically lived life to the fullest, passed away on June 2, 2026, at the age of 65.

A hard worker with a deep connection to the outdoors, Guy was a skilled carpenter and an avid commercial fisherman. The water was his true element. His passion for the sea extended far beyond his livelihood; if there was an opportunity to cast a line, Guy took it, fishing every single chance he could get. When he wasn't navigating the waters, he could often be found in the woods, fully embracing his profound love for hunting.

Guy leaves behind his devoted dog, Maya, who was his faithful companion through many adventures, and he is now reunited with his beloved dog, Beau, who passed away a few years ago. His passing is deeply mourned by a large, close-knit circle of friends who meant the absolute world to him, just as he meant the world to them. One of his greatest simple joys was his daily beach walks with those friends, a routine he always looked forward to for the camaraderie and the fresh air.

His vibrant spirit, unwavering loyalty, and zest for life leave behind a legacy that will be celebrated and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the stories told, the beaches walked, and the waters he so dearly loved.
