Matthew Mark Pearson was born in San Diego, California, on May 13, 1985, and passed away in Ocean Park, Washington, on September 25, 2026.

Known affectionately as Uncle Matt, Matthew was a loving member of his family and a man who was always happiest working with his hands. He had a remarkable talent for fixing things and could tackle just about anything—from weed whackers and household projects to large diesel machines. If something was broken, Matt was often the person people turned to.

Matt had a special spirit that drew people to him. Children and animals seemed to naturally flock to him, recognizing the kindness, patience, and warmth he carried with him. His generous nature and willingness to help others will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Matthew is survived by his mother, Roxann Pearson; his sisters, Sara Pearson and Christina Richmond; his sons, Matthew Pearson and [daughter’s name as provided: Kaylee Ann Pearson].

He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Pearson, and his brother, Jason Pearson.

At this difficult time, our thoughts are with Matthew's family and all those who loved him. We kindly ask that you give his family privacy as they come to terms with this tremendous loss.
