Michael Ogden Dailey

Michael (Mike) Ogden Dailey of Ocean Park, WA passed away October 2, 2025 at his home at the age of 82. Mike was born to Clarence O. Dailey and June Southmayd Dailey in Seattle, WA on April 10th 1943. After high school, Mike enlisted in the Army Cavalry 1st Division, serving 10 years and completing two tours in Vietnam, reaching the rank of Captain.

In his working life after the service, Mike was a casino manager and restaurant owner. In retirement, Mike liked to listen to music, loved walking his dog Friskie and enjoyed a laid back life at the beach. Mike was an avid Seahawks and college football fan. Mike also was a big fan of TV Jeopardy.

Mike is survived by his long time life companion, Dixie Cooper of Ocean Park,his sister, Colleen Dailey of Ocean Park, his daughter Maureen Dailey of Clackamas, OR, his sons: James Dailey, Ocean Park, Patrick Dailey, Ocean Park and Tim Dailey of Reno, Nevada. Additionally, Mike is survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
