Philip David Allen passed away peacefully on
March 15th in Vancouver, Washington nine days shy
of his 79th birthday. His Celebration of Life will be on
Saturday, April 25th at the Peninsula Church Center in
Seaview, Washington. The service is at 11:00 with
lunch following.
